Notes on the Wine:

This personalized wine bottle comes directly from the cellars of the Brigaldara farm that produces this wine from 100% Garganega grapes.

The vinification takes place from the selection of grapes in the vineyard that are collected in 25 kg boxes. The white vinification takes place at a controlled temperature for the entire fermentation process. Aging of 6 months in steel.

Strength by volume 13

Pure and fresh aromas of lemon, crushed stone and jasmine. On the palate, floral aromas, citrus peel and apple. The finish is medium long, clean, simple and casual.
