Notes on the Wine:

This personalized bottle of wine comes directly from the Tuscan winery of Adriano Marco and Vittorio:

The area from which this wine comes is that of Alba, in Piedmont, Italy.

The variety used is the well-known autochthonous white vine.

The fermentation takes place in reduced steel for a month to 15-16 C. Bâtonnage for about 6 months on fine lees. After a filtration, between May and June it is bottled to continue with the aging in bottle for about 8 months.

Straw-yellow color with golden reflections.  

Aromatic aromas with hints of sage, lime, acacia and fruits such as apricot and yellow peach.  

The taste is decidedly fresh and persistent, unexpectedly dry in clear contrast with the aromas to the nose.
