Martini & Sohn, great wines from Alto Adige

Martini & Sohn, a small family business, was founded in 1979 by father Karl and son Gabriel and is located in the village of Cornaiano, in the province of Bolzano. Father and son had already been working in the wine business for a long time and decided to set up their own company.

In the beginning it was not easy to create a winery from scratch, so much so that the first bottles were filled, corked and labelled by hand. Their structure was very small at the beginning, so there was no other way to achieve success than to let the wines speak for themselves.

This is why they decided to focus on the quality of the grapes right from the start, because a high quality wine can only be made from the best grapes. In a short time Martini & Sohn has not only made a name for itself among connoisseurs, but has also been repeatedly awarded prizes by experts. Passion and expertise in viticulture and winemaking are the factors that have contributed to this success.
